LINKS: Links at the left will take you to useful information and some of the links will take you to forms to download and print using the free
Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If your computer does not have the free Acrobat Reader, you can get it here. At this site, you can choose the version of Acrobat Reader you want to download. (Most people find that Acrobat Reader 5.0, at 8.4 MB, compared to Acrobat Reader 9.0 at 33.4 MB, is a smaller download and a recent enough version to handle most files available on the internet)

The Tax Organizer will help you get your information and paperwork ready. After downloading and printing the pages, enter your personal/business information to start the tax or accounting process. You can mail your info to us or bring it to your appointment.
"General Information, pages 1-3," can be used as a check-list to gather tax information in preparation for the tax or accounting process. Self-employed, businesses, rental properties, etc. can use the
Tax Organizer pages 1-7. Please print the forms which pertain to your situation. Then fill them out and bring or mail them to us.

Returning clients need to send 2010 information only.New clients should gather tax information from previous years and bring it to our first meeting.

Even if you do not itemize deductions, you may be able to deduct property taxes paid. Also, for those anticipating a Homestead Property Tax Credit, please gather both the property taxes PAID and ASSESSED in 2010.
